The Next Step Teaching and Healing Group was founded by Lindsley Cash and Sarah Tyler-Walters at the request of Spirit. Both ladies have trained as medium's and spiritual healers, however Spirit asked them to take their combined knowledge and
pass it on through teaching.      

Spirit knew that both ladies would teach intuitively, bringing together their understanding with that of their “Spirit Teams”. Often Spirit will inspire them during a workshop so that the individual needs of students are met. Spirit may also speak directly to students during group work, so that they can get a greater understanding of what is possible and what they can achieve.
